Spotlight On - Jennifer Horonjeff

Meet Jennifer Horonjeff, our Adult Honoree for the 2014 NYC Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk! Jen was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis (JA) before her first birthday, but she’s never let it stop her. She’s had a professional dance career and is a certified Pilates instructor. Jen educates policymakers about living with arthritis and sets up support groups for young adults. She’s also a PhD Candidate in Ergonomics and Biomechanics and wants to use her degree to help prevent the long-term impact of arthritis in children.
